Added Lua Language Server extension for VS Code (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=sumneko.lua): lots of really useful features for Lua dev, LÖVE API supported by default, and the most popular VS Code extension for Lua.
I also reordered the VS Code extensions alphabetically as per the guidelines.
