Rename search-core to search and web to app so workspace directories, distribution names, and module names follow a consistent pattern. Remove the standalone API package and update docs, CI, and lockfile for the new package layout. BREAKING CHANGE: grogbot-search-core has been renamed to grogbot-search, grogbot-web has been renamed to grogbot-app, and the standalone grogbot-api package and JSON HTTP surface have been removed.
