- add pytest-cov to test dependencies and refresh uv.lock
- add dedicated chunking and embeddings test modules
- consolidate ingestion/OPML coverage into service-level tests and fixtures
- document coverage test command in README
- add GitHub Actions pull_request workflow to run search-core tests
