  py314-responses
    py314-pytest-httpserver
  py314-url-normalize
  py314-time-machine
  py314-timeout-decorator

Tests are now run by py-requests-cache.

py314 subports are added to py-requests-cache, py-responses, py-url-normalize, and py-timeout-decorator.

py-time-machine is a new port necessary to run py-requests-cache tests.

py-requests-cache and py-responses are both updated to their latest versions.

py-cattrs, py-requests-mock, and py-pytest-httpserver have fixes for incorrectly specified dependencies.

There is one patch added to py-requests-cache in order to pass all tests. The patch is proposed upstream at requests-cache/requests-cache#1127.

2aaf706 (#30174) updated py-requests-cache to 1.2.1, dropped py38, and added py311–py313, but didn’t add py314 or arrange to run tests. I’ve rebased on top of that commit to finish the job.
