cameraDistortionShader

Glsl shader used for adding geometrical, temporal, and photometric distortions to ideal cameras. The shaders are tested on on OpenGL 3.0.(glsl 130) but are supposed to work on OpenGL ES 2.0(glsl 100) too. Still under progress...
