One of these changes (probably this one) seems to have fixed the freeze in the Bloody Roar 2 FMV as well, meaning it now works properly (even if it was never tagged as not working)

(already mentioned to smf directly) This also fixes the Dance Maniax games with the buzzing audio and broken audio all throughout.
