This PR aligns server CI and Docker environments with the contracts submodule’s Node requirement (>=20) in preparation for v31 matter-labs/era-contracts#1947.
While main branch server code is not yet strictly dependent on Node 20, the upcoming v31 server changes are: #4608. Without this alignment, contract-related CI steps fail with Node 18 (
engine "node" is incompatible).Why ❔
