-Reorganization of directory into geom aka engine, system, application and test level.

1. Add GeomTest module. 
1.1 This will an exe module. The test cases will be used from MnjMainDev.cpp   
1.2 Make sure all tests are running sucessfully. 
1.3 Convert the tests to google test 
2. Rename ManojMathVS15 to MnjApp project 
3. Add MnjAppTest module
4. Add MnjGraphTest module
