Project Board

The Cortex Project board is the main place to get information about what is currently being worked on by the Cortex team and external contributors.

The board aims for simplicity by keeping its context to 5 columns:

• Discussions: issues that get open to talk about a feature, tutorial, potential direction and anything else related to AI, infra, Cortex, or all of the above.
• To do: That's the roadmap.
• In progress: all hands on deck with these issues.
• In Review: Someone else needs to verify a PR associated with an issue, comment on the issue to clear it, or both.
• Done: see you later (unless we open it again for god knows what reason).
• Archive: Everything shall end up here.

Each milestone goes for 2 months and there are issues and releases mapped to each. No milestone gets cleared until all issues have been completed unless external circumstances prevent us from finishing such an issue.

There will always be a current milestone and two future ones open. Not all issues need to be mapped to these three but there should be a clear reason why such an issue will need to be worked on 6 months into the future.
