This pull request includes a couple of changes to the README.md file and the mapistub submodule. The most important changes are:

Updates to README.md:

  • Updated the OpenSSF Scorecard badge link to point to a new URL for better visibility and access.

Submodule update:

  • Updated the mapistub submodule to a new commit.
