When ensure_worktree_github finds an existing workspace directory, it now
reads the worktree's .git file to verify it points to the expected bare
clone. If the backing bare clone doesn't match (e.g. after the naming
scheme changed from {repo}.git to {owner}__{repo}.git), the stale
worktree is removed and recreated from the correct bare clone.
This prevents push failures caused by stale worktrees still linked to
old bare clones with wrong origin remotes.
