Computational Pharmaceutics Engineer — BPharm, Ain Shams University.
I build open-source tools at the intersection of pharmaceutical science and computation: drug delivery system engineering, cheminformatics, QSAR/ADMET modeling, and the physics behind why a molecule does or doesn't reach where it needs to go.
CYPMode — Type I/II heme-coordination screen for TDC's binary CYP450 inhibition labels — structurally validated against real CYP3A4 cryo-EM data with Boltz-2.
PharmAMP — Pharmaceutical-developability metrics (aggregation propensity, solubility) for AI-designed antimicrobial peptides — seqme-compatible, validated against real wet-lab safety data.
CEREBRO-X — a computational pipeline for screening CNS drug-delivery formulations (PBPK, DLVO colloidal stability, docking, QSAR), built and audited in the open, including a public record of its own bugs found and fixed.
I'd rather ship something real and say what's still rough than ship something polished and hide what isn't.
