This PR adjusts the Aggregations stage operator combobox dropdown so users can see more stage options at once, improving usability when scanning the stage list.
Changes:
- Overrides the LeafyGreen combobox listbox
max-heightwhen the popover is open to allow a taller dropdown.

I picked 450px pretty arbitrarily. Happy to go with another value (more?). Here's a bounds check for a user with a small window, it still behaves nicely:
