Add MpvqcWindowButtons helper to detect and respect user's window control button preferences from their desktop environment settings. Currently supports GNOME via XDG Settings Portal. Defaults to showing all buttons on Windows and other environments. Detection runs in background thread and works in both native and Flatpak environments.
Store video, documents, and subtitles directory paths as QUrl in SettingsService.
