세션 쿠키를 확인하여 세션 코드를 전달합니다. 세션 쿠키가 없다면 새로운 세션을 생성하고 응답에 포함시킵니다.
1. 세션 코드로 사용자 정보를 가져옵니다. 2. 닉네임과 방장 권한을 부여한 사용자 정보를 PUT 합니다. 3. 방을 생성하고 저장합니다. 4. 참가자 그룹에 세션 코드를 추가합니다. 5. 생성한 방의 코드를 반환합니다.
