The Dockerfile is moved to the base image
osgeo/grass-gis:main-ubuntu_wxgui, so that the GUI can be used.The command for the usage are adjusted in the
README.md(only tested on Linux not on Windows).Additionally, the GUI is configured in the GRASS GIS addon
m.import.rvr.
