This PR
We previously dealt with this problem by providing a link which links to our ExplainaBoard
github/docsdocumentation. However, it seems like the link is not obvious enough because first-time users are still unable to find it. And second, they have to click twice and even open a second tab to see the formats.By directly having a hover option will make it more direct and hopefully solves the confusion.

While organizing the examples, there are still some missing examples which I opened an issue for: #558
For these cases, this PR will not render a popover.
