A literature-grounded knowledge base (KB) of fMRI preprocessing operations: typed semantic descriptors of each step (brain extraction, head-motion correction, susceptibility-distortion correction, spatial normalization, …) grounded in the Boutiques / CWL / NiPreps tool descriptions.
This KB grounds the NiPreps agentic synthesis framework, which re-emits the
fMRIPrep workflow across modern workflow engines (Nextflow, Dask, Snakemake) and
verifies every reconstruction against the Nipype reference. It is the fMRI
counterpart of nipreps/dmri-preprocessing-llm-wiki.
