Why are single ticks a problem on windows? Any why don't you use WSL?

The problem is with npm on Windows. There the command is not completely executed.

I am using WSL this came up in a meeting with Simon and another app developer.

As this is no problem with the installed version and we only develop in WSL or mac I'm in favor of closing this as it reads way harder.
