Release of 0.6.0

It has been too long since the last version update, and we had too huge changes since 0.5.0 release. Besides, PPA Launchpad has issue of having 0.5.1 release, which blocks updating latest 0.5.0 updates. Signed-off-by: MyungJoo Ham <[email protected]>
