Dear Author.
Hello! When I run my data with HICPRO, I noticed that the bed file under my RAW folder is always one number less than the biases file under the iced folder at all resolutions, for example, there may be 3296 rows in the bed file but under the biases there will be 3297 rows.
I don't know how to solve this problem, if you could answer my question in your busy schedule, I would appreciate it!
