A few behind-the-scenes improvements have been made to search and indexing in this release:
- Subject labels are now included when searching across all controlled vocabulary fields, making it easier to find items by subject.
- Controlled term label fields now support more precise text matching, which improves search accuracy for terms with complex or multi-word labels.
- Reindexing content no longer triggers the embedding pipeline unnecessarily, making reindex operations faster and more efficient.
- The underlying clustering support for AI-assisted features has been updated, improving reliability for those workflows.
