Sure, I guess - but i don't want to have to keep updating this repeatedly, and i think it's fine to have an old version as an example. |

I understand of course we can not keep updating for every new nodejs version but I just thought it made sense as the version 16 was released in 2021 almost 5 years ago. let me know if you want to proceed otherwise I will close the PR, thanks. |

Updated Node.js version examples in README.
The README was referring to very old versions like 24, when installing nvm on a new machine the next step is to install node and having a more recent version directly in the README is nice :)
