The difference instances of text having different fonts was a bit busy, so the new suggestion we discussed with @cjsha is to remove "open ephys" from the ONIX logo. If you think this is ok, I'll implement it. Please lmk.
This keeps these docs analogous to the doc template in all other docs that have a OE logo and not ONIX logo:

Added logo and color navbar as per this issue on the software docs repo, using the doc-template format
See if this makes sense across these and the software docs. I'm not in love with the green on hover, but that is part of our template and several docs sites have it.
