Follows #394
The library added in #434 didn't work because it required a library that wasn't cross-platform compatible (arm64 vs. amd64). Trying this one instead, since it seems to be referenced on the DuckDB website (https://duckdb.org/docs/installation/?version=stable&environment=js)
