fix: Remove trailing whitespace in open_meteo.py (W293)

Description

Fixes W293 lint error (blank line contains whitespace) on line 102 of quartz_solar_forecast/weather/open_meteo.py.

This was causing CI failures in dependent PRs (#336, etc.) because the lint-typecheck job checks the entire codebase.

• Yes - Ran ruff check quartz_solar_forecast/ locally, all checks pass

Closing this PR as a duplicate of #340, which provides a more detailed explanation of the pull_request_target CI behavior to help maintainers understand the issue.

Both PRs fix the same whitespace issue on line 102 of open_meteo.py.
