Fixes W293 lint error (blank line contains whitespace) on line 102 of quartz_solar_forecast/weather/open_meteo.py.
This was causing CI failures in dependent PRs (#336, etc.) because the
lint-typecheckjob checks the entire codebase.How Has This Been Tested?
