Since python is a whitespace sensitive language, misplaced whitespace can make it unparseable. This commit fixes several places where there was bad whitespace.
[futurize](https://www.python-future.org/futurize.html) is a tool to rewrite python code so that it is compatible with both python 2 and python 3. I have visually inspected the changes and believe all of them to be correct.

This commit updates all python code to be python2/3 compatibly using the futurize. I am unable to fully test this as OpenCV will not compile on my machine. Please inspect and test it before merging back into
master.
