Remove the generation (by Sphinx) of the show-help text and just maintain it as text. Telling users show-help isn't available just because Sphinx isn't around is unfriendly - and we really don't get much benefit from keeping show-help source in rst. Signed-off-by: Ralph Castain <[email protected]>
