[TEST] use before/after and consolidate

Description

• use before and after where applicable instead of beforeEach/afterEach in order to speed up the tests
• There were a lot of duplicated code within those blocks, so create cy.osd.setupWorkspaceAndDataSourceWithIndices and cy.osd.cleanupWorkspaceAndDataSourceAndIndices
