This PR adds an "adapter" to test using the WebVH AnonCreds registry.

The adapter contains:

  • Agent configurations with the relevant plugins loaded
  • Locustfiles with specific setup steps
  • A Web-UI interface: this will run the locustfiles using the library mode
  • An ACApy multitenant agent as holder: This is to abstract the credo ts agent since no anoncreds registry exists at the moment for that framework

Given that this README.md is at the root of adapters, and (AFAIK) the adapters concept is new in this PR, I think this has to provide a lot more detail than just — here is the first adapter. What are adapters, how do they interact with the rest of Akrida (they do, right?) and how can I use them.

Likewise, a README.md is needed in the webvh folder that talks about what it does.

You should be able to some AI tool to generate the docs, right? :-)
