Hi TAC members,
I'd like to propose Registrar, an open-source registrar implementation that provides the trust infrastructure layer.
We have already implemented some of the components here: https://github.com/hopae-official/registrar
We have already received a Letter of Intent from France Titres (attached), validating both the demand and the production-readiness expectations. So I'm proposing at Growth maturity. It would be great if this could be discussed at this Wednesday's TAC call.
