Python 2 reached end of life on 1st January, 2020 and OCI Python SDK stopped support for Python 2 long back. We cannot support Python 2 since we have a hard dependency on OCI Python SDK. We strongly recommend you to move to Python 3 if you are still using Python 2
resource_action_ids parameter is made optional in oci_optimizer_recommendation_actions module
