Tools for matrix decomposition in the Oslo Method

rhosig_perf.py: create 1gen matrix from a model NLD and gsf, then find the best fit and compare to "true"=known input
rhosig.py: same as rhosig_perf.py but with an "experimental" !gen matrix as input
