Update Catalog with AI generated index and update Catalog itself

I did some work on the catalog ... i should start to open more and smaller pull requests, sorry.

Included is:

• The Anthropic data i generated to add the newly indexed tools. So far i know of no other open source tools out there we have not indexed.
• AI Label for so people know that they look at AI generated data or something reviewed or Human written.
• Added icons (if i could find any. Often tools dont have an icon or logo)
• I refactored the state management and implemented a so called pinia store. This introduces global variables and simplifies the state management.
• Updated the libraries to address some dependabot alearts.
• Introduced a "Suggest Fix" button that opens a Github Issue with some template information in the Title and Text section of the issue.

Please feel free to give me feedback and suggest ideas for improvement.
