Included is:

The Anthropic data i generated to add the newly indexed tools. So far i know of no other open source tools out there we have not indexed.
AI Label for so people know that they look at AI generated data or something reviewed or Human written.
Added icons (if i could find any. Often tools dont have an icon or logo)
I refactored the state management and implemented a so called pinia store. This introduces global variables and simplifies the state management.
Updated the libraries to address some dependabot alearts.
Introduced a "Suggest Fix" button that opens a Github Issue with some template information in the Title and Text section of the issue.
