First draft at the MVar implementation referenced in #58. All method names and signatures are still up for discussion as well as any other desired methods. I'm also not sure what other types of test would be useful. The timeouts on the tests are also based on how long my laptop takes to run them 🤷♂️. Commits also need to be squashed.
