Issue Description:

The anchor link for "What about Denial of Service and other attacks?" incorrectly links to "why-doesnt-pantheons-traffic-metrics-match-my-other-analytics" instead

Suggested Resolution

I'm not sure how the anchors are populated since it's just markdown and the title of this section doesn't match the anchor tag.
