Unfortunately, this is very BC-breaking changes. Sorry for any inconvenience, folks. It was a hard choice but in order to stay afloat it needs to be done.
I do not use PHP 7.2 and Windows and have no plans to do that in foreseeable future. Maintaining these versions and platforms doesn't solve my problems and just stealing time from me without giving back. Unless there would be active contributors support or a sponsorship, I have no intent to support what I do not use. Sorry about that.
