- add maccatalyst support - changes the creation of window sending the appshell to use the right way of create window in net10.0, and locking the size of window - add new handlers to MacCatalyst and Windows implementing the interface used by Android and iOS

Right now the sample has only android & ios targets

It has tested against the sip server used in c# sample
