Input devices improvements

• Removes double-click speed from mouse and touchpad
• Adjusts ranges of mouse and touchpad speed
• Adds tap-to-click option to touchpad settings
• Adds pinch-to-zoom to touchpad settings, but it is not implemented
• Adds disable-while-typing controls to touchpad settings
• Adds edge and two-finger scrolling options to touchpad settings
• Adds swiping section to the touchpad page
• Fixes primary button segmented button to not paginate
• Text on input devices pages are now cached dynamically as static globals
• Sections may now store descriptions which are static strings
• Fixes display view switcher being shown in display page when there's only one display
• Various clippy fixes and translation key improvements
