What does this PR do? A clear and concise description with your runway ticket url.
PLAY-2315 adds a new pattern to the Playbook Pattern page. The Alert Banner provides the code for alert banners corresponding to different status color tokens.

How to test? Steps to confirm the desired behavior:

  1. Go to the "/patterns" index page and click on Alert Banner.
  2. See the Rails Alert Banner page and click Kits Used/Show Code/Fullscreen options.
  3. Go to the React Alert Banner page and click Kits Used/Show Code/Fullscreen options.

Checklist:
