[PLAY-2564] Typeahead Kit: Focus and scroll to show Default Values on first Render

Runway Story

This PR:

1. Adds the focus functionality by default if default value is set, for react and rails
2. Adds jest tests
3. Adds Spec tests and also consolidates 2 separate specs for the typeahead
