Changes:
Added a new "Installation Guide for Windows Users" section that gives Windows-specific steps without requiring nvm or WSL. Just straight-up download Node.js and go.
The guide covers:
1.Direct Node.js installation (no nvm needed)
2.Using Git Bash for commands that need it
3.Windows-specific MongoDB setup
4.When to use Command Prompt vs Git Bash
Fixes #3730
