Shm-add-deriving-clause will not work without shm/goto-topmost-parent defined. I have also made shm-add-deriving-clause an interactive function.

This macro takes an alist of predicates and actions and produces the expected cond expression.
The documentation for the alist describes its purpose.
Instead of having to manually insert new conditions for a new skeleton, the user can now just modify shm-skeleton-alist and the macro shm-cond-wrapper
will product desired cond expression. Accordingly, there is a new macro in shm-macros called shm-cond-wrapper, and there is a new customizable variable
defined in shm-customizations.el with the appropriate expressions (predicates with corresponding actions) included.
I have always wanted to have automatically generated case statements, unfortunately, I sometimes forget which types are currently available. I would like to think that this code rectifies that issue for myself and hopefully other people as well.
