What's Changed

  • Skip broken test by @danielrbradley in #805

  • Pin all dependency versions

    • Quick fix to work around lack of lock files in plugin. This will stop us always pulling the latest versions on users' machines.

  • Fix NodeUserDataOverride

    • Skip building user data if override is set.
    • Doing this inside the apply so it still gets base64 encoded.
