Adds AgentDeals to the Developer Tools section.

What it does: Remote MCP server that aggregates developer infrastructure deals — free tiers, startup programs, and pricing changes across 1,500+ offers in 52 categories. Agents can search deals, browse categories, get offer details, and track deal changes.

I've updated the PR to include the Glama link. Note: Glama appears to be returning 500 errors at the moment (site-wide issue), but the listing is live when their service recovers.
