Provide commandline documentation and example metadata files

What was changed

1.) Provide command line based SFTP upload documenation for raw data upload
2.) Provide example Metadata txt files.
3.) Overhaul Documentation structure to make it more understandable with copy paste functionality for each command.

Please use the code snippet feature for documentation over screenshots of command lines, it is easier to maintain and people can copy stuff.

You also provided your username, which is part of your credentials. Please remove it.
