did some updates to your module to be able to install phabricator on wheezy.

  • use vcsrepo (maintained by puppetlabs) instead of your custom git module
  • reduce vhost template and use type's parameters instead, removed 'template' parameter which is deprecated
  • add mysql::server definition
  • add user and group creation
