This PR updates the names of the KPI measures to:
1: Paediatrician with expertise in Epilepsy within 2 weeks
2: Access to Epilepsy Specialist Nurse
3a. Tertiary Input
3b. Epilepsy Surgery Referral
4. ECG
5. MRI within 6 weeks
6. Assessment of Mental Health Issues
7. Mental Health Support
8. Medication and Reproduction Risks
9a. Care Planning Agreement
9b. Care Planning Components
10. School Individual Health Care Plan
Code changes
The label text of the
KPImodel has been updated with these, and these then pull into the excel sheet download and the dashboards.Documentation changes (done or required as a result of this PR)
The developer documentation has been rewritten with tables to summarize the titles and calculation methodology for each KPI
