Add option to collect logs in hub cluster

Tested with my image:

oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/oviner/ocs-must-gather:dr_hub_mg -- /usr/bin/gather -d

$ pwd
/home/oviner/ClusterPath/auth/dr_mg
$ ls
openshift-operators
